Jaye Harmon, a proud native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, is a man whose heart beats for both music and ministry. Just two hours from the nation’s capital, Jaye’s journey is rooted in humble beginnings, shaped by faith, and led by purpose.

A graduate of Full Sail University, Jaye holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Production (2016) and a Master’s in Entertainment Business (2018). A gifted musician, certified studio engineer, and skilled producer, Jaye brings over 30 years of experience in the radio industry—serving as an on-air personality, imaging and production specialist, and creative force behind impactful sound.

But beyond the accolades, Jaye is a man after God’s own heart. His love for Christ and calling to serve others fuels his mission. His musical works have been heard nationwide and even featured in the motion picture Preaching to the Choir, yet he remains anchored in the belief that every gift comes from above.

In 2007, Jaye founded JPE Music, not just as a business, but as a ministry and creative haven. His vision is to build a kingdom-centered production house that uplifts and inspires through television, film, and radio. He envisions a space where rising artists can not only grow musically but encounter the transforming power of purpose and calling.

For Jaye, the studio is more than just a workplace—it’s his sanctuary. It’s where the Holy Spirit meets creativity, where excellence is pursued, and where the heartbeat of Heaven can be translated into sound.
